Key Responsibilities
Summarizing depositions
Managing discovery, including subpoenas and obtaining medical records
Preparing pleadings and legal forms
Reviewing and organizing case documents
Handling medical and employment record reviews
Qualifications
At least one year of litigation experience
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with PDF software, including Nuance Power PDF, Bates-stamping, and file organization
