Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Legal Assistant, located on-site in Bucharest, Romania. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing administrative assistance, and supporting notaries in day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining legal files, conducting legal research, managing correspondence, and ensuring efficient and accurate handling of legal documents. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Qualifications
Strong understanding and knowledge of Law and Legal Assistants
Experience in Legal Document Preparation
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
