The Job!

You will support three lawyers (junior and senior) with various tasks, including:

Participate in the legal assistant shadow program.

Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and memos.

Handle transcription, document filing, and administrative tasks.

Coordinate service and filing of legal documents with process servers.

Manage dockets, financial reports, and expense submissions.

Organize, update, and purge legal files as needed.

What you bring to the job

You come with experience in commercial and/or employment litigation. You also come with:

Around 5 years of experience in a litigation-focused environment, ideally in commercial or employment litigation.

Early-to-mid career candidates preferred.

Strong document management, proofreading, transcription, and organizational abilities.

Familiarity with CaseLines and Acumin is a plus.
