Ready to take your litigation skills to the next level? Segal McCambridge, a nationally recognized firm, is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our General Litigation practice group in NYC.
Here, you’ll handle a diverse caseload spanning personal injury, recreation, venue liability, professional liability, and more. You’ll work on high-impact cases, gain hands-on litigation experience, and collaborate with experienced partners who are invested in your growth.

What You’ll Do
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
Take and defend depositions
Manage client communication and reporting
Handle mediations and arbitrations (if you have experience, great! If not, you’ll learn.)
Work with experienced mentors while maintaining autonomy
What We’re Looking For
Licensed in NY (PA/NJ or another jurisdiction? Even better!)
3+ years of civil litigation experience – you’ve handled pleadings, motions, depositions, discovery, and legal research
Strong analytical skills – you can break down complex legal issues and produce top-tier work
Great communication skills – you’re confident in writing, advocacy, and client interactions
A proactive mindset – you take ownership and drive cases forward
