For our legal team in Prague we seek well organized and communicative colleague, who is ready to support our team with administrative tasks and smooth cooperation with other departments.
Role Description
in connection with legal department matters and transactions, to liaise with internal CTP persons, Czech authorities, notaries and translators according to the requests of lawyers
to organize and manage with other legal assistants the procedure of signing legal documentation by CTP’s executive directors
to maintain track of signed documents and prepare signed documents for handover to contract management department
to actively cooperate with contract management department regarding legal documents approval and signing procedure
to assist the Head of Legal with document execution preparations, ensuring that all contracts for execution are accompanied by a contract approval form / summary sheet signed by all relevant internal actors;
to assist the Head of Legal with respect to Prague legal admin and oversight, liaising, as needed, with the Humpolec team and with the CTP teams in the foreign jurisdictions
to perform archiving, scanning, maintaining and organizing of documents, including electronic filing and data management
to assist with proofing and formatting legal documents (Czech and English) and with the internal collection of annexes to legal agreements prior to execution
to set up and organize (via email) meetings and conference calls
to draft (using base templates and with an in-house lawyer’s oversight) simple agreements, documentation and legal correspondence pertaining to the business and operations of the company, including, relating to construction and development, leasing, acquisition and financing, and general corporate matters (in Czech or English)
to perform other general secretarial work relating to CTP’s business, as requested
Requirements
High school or university degree
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.
Perfect knowledge / communication skills (written and spoken) of English language;
MS Office advanced user;
Dynamic, reliable, flexible, efficient, assertive, stress resistant person;
Excellent communication negotiations skills;
