Client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team at our San Jose office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, conducting intake interviews, and supporting pre-litigation case development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake interviews and gather information from prospective new clients
• Maintain regular client communication and updates
• Manage and prioritize a substantial personal injury case load
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely case progression
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law
