We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Case Manager to handle cases from the moment a lawsuit is filed through settlement or trial. What You’ll Do:
Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through settlement or jury trial
Work directly with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and medical providers
Organize and manage case files, deadlines, and trial materials
Attend depositions, mediations, and court hearings as needed
Maintain regular client communication to ensure case progress and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Personal injury litigation experience required (auto, premises liability, negligence, wrongful death, etc.)
Trial experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Michigan no-fault law
Ability to analyze medical records and summarize case details effectively
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
