Responsibilities:
Provide superior technical and administrative support to attorneys and clients.
Coordinate complex, senior-level internal/external meetings and conference calls.
Manage high-volume phone calls and respond promptly to client requests.
Maintain detailed calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and handle related logistics.
Arrange domestic and international travel for attorneys, processing business requests efficiently.
Create, revise, and format legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
Conduct internet research as directed by attorneys and maintain organized paper and electronic files.
Enter and manage attorney time through the 3E system.
Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients, representing the firm professionally.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a support role within a law firm or similar environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in legal-specific applications and willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and make decisions on behalf of attorneys.
