JURISolutions Legal is seeking a litigation paralegal or assistant for a remote, part-time, temporary position with a Philadelphia law firm. Candidates must be based in the Philadelphia area and must have PA filing experience (Luzerne County, Philadelphia County, and the collar counties), and the ideal candidate has at least two years of civil litigation (defense) experience. Fundamental tasks include:
Entries of appearance;
Preliminary objections to a complaint;
Basic filings; and
Captions on filings.
This is a remote position for approximately 10 hours per week. The role starts ASAP, and there may be an opportunity for the hours to increase. The position offers competitive compensation, with a range starting at $20 per hour.
