Personal injury defense firm seeks pre-trial or trial attorneys with at least two years personal injury defense experience to join our team in Manhattan. Applicants who do not possess the required experience need not apply and will not be considered. We are looking for individuals with a passion for litigating and an insistence on excellence. All attorneys are given significant autonomy in their work in order to reach the highest levels of achievement. Positive office culture coupled with some remote work options allow for the flexibility to establish a healthy work-life balance. Strong client relations and communication skills, excellent writing, FELA experience and trial and appellate experience are all plusses.
