About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Intellectual Property (IP) and brand protection efforts. This role will be responsible for assisting in copyright and trademark filings, monitoring potential copycat products, and submitting DMCA takedown requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Submit copyright applications for both new and existing product patterns
• Proactively search for copycat or infringing products online and maintain accurate records
• Submit DMCA takedown requests to relevant platforms (e.g., websites, marketplaces, social media)
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of trademark applications in foreign countries
• Maintain organized documentation of all IP-related activities and follow-ups
• Provide general administrative support related to brand protection and legal documentation
Qualifications:
• Experience in virtual assistant, legal admin, or brand protection roles is preferred
• Familiarity with copyright, trademark, and DMCA takedown processes is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong research skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
