LHH is working with a corporate client in seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their team in San Francisco, CA in a contract to hire capacity. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to support legal executives and managers in a dynamic corporate law environment. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal executives and managers.

Assist with the organization and management of paper and electronic documents, including closing binders and corporate records.

Coordinate legal projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Manage and maintain accurate legal files and databases.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of related experience in corporate law, supporting legal executives and managers.

At least 2 years of experience in project coordination.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in managing both paper and electronic documents.

Familiarity with corporate legal documents and processes.

Paralegal Certification preferred but not required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software.
