We are looking for a SC licensed attorney to join our firm’s growing non-litigation practice. Attorneys on our team work with firm clients to provide detailed telephone consultations on a wide range of matters including business law, family law, landlord-tenant, consumer matters and estate planning. This transactional position involves extensive client contact. Additional tasks include drafting letters, reviewing contracts and other legal documents, negotiating settlements and performing legal research.
This position is particularly well suited to attorneys that are starting out in practice, attorneys looking for a work-from-home opportunity or seeking to expand their practices areas. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to learn and advise on different areas of law and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to be successful in this client-facing role.

Job Requirements
Juris Doctorate (J.D.)
licensed and in good standing with the SC Bar
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately to meet all productivity goals
Ability to multitask and handle significant volume of cases
