Position: Litigation Solutions Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Litigation Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both law and technology, accompanied by hands-on litigation experience at an Am Law 200 law firm. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our sales team and product development, ensuring that our clients’ technical and legal requirements are met with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.
– Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the legal sector.
– Utilize your legal expertise to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for clients.
– Design and customize solutions to address client-specific challenges in litigation using Acme AI LegalTech product offerings.
– Serve as a liaison between clients and the product development team to convey customer feedback and requirements.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and legaltech.
– Provide post-sale technical support and training to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
– Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials that highlight product benefits and use cases.
Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor (JD) from a top 30 law school.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm.
– Proven track record in a sales engineering, technical sales, or similar customer-facing role is highly desirable.
– Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: Commensurate with experience, starting at $125,000-175,000 per year with potential for performance bonuses.
Expected hours: Full time, No less than 40 per week
