Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paralegal located in Los Angeles, CA. The Paralegal will support attorneys with case management, including drafting legal documents, reviewing evidence, conducting legal research, and maintaining client files. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with experts, managing court filings, and preparing materials for negotiation or trial proceedings. Accuracy, efficiency, and a collaborative approach are essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
- Experience in case management, client communication, and legal research
- Proficiency in organizing and analyzing evidence, maintaining legal files, and preparing court filings
- Familiarity with coordinating with experts and preparing trial materials
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Proficiency in legal software and tools; Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field; paralegal certification is a plus
- Prior experience in personal injury or litigation law is highly desirable
