A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Legal Assistant/Secretary to join its busy and thriving Estate Planning practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized legal professional to contribute to a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and edit estate planning documents under attorney supervision

Draft routine correspondence, memos, and other legal documentation

Maintain and organize client files and up-to-date document databases

Manage attorneys’ calendars, schedule meetings, and track deadlines

Provide general support with real estate and corporate documents

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client documents and communications

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a law firm environment

Prior experience with estate planning documentation required

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with legal software and document management systems

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience up to 80K DOE

Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week
