Our client is seeking a legal assistant to join their special collections team. This role is ideal for highly organized professionals with experience in legal and tax-related fields who excel at research, administrative tasks, and managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities include legal research, document preparation, case tracking, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage payment plans for delinquent tax accounts
Conduct corporate entity research to determine business status and compliance
Perform skip tracing to locate individuals or businesses with outstanding obligations
Maintain and organize tax account records efficiently
Support legal proceedings by preparing documentation and assisting in case management
