Work Arrangement

Hybrid – 3 days in office

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level administrative support to attorneys within a busy commercial litigation practice
  • Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other case related materials
  • Handle state and federal e-filing, including trial and appellate court filings
  • Assist with new client intake and ongoing file maintenance
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and related litigation support activities
  • Coordinate billing, expense reports, and travel arrangements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of litigation support experience
  • Prior experience supporting attorneys in a sophisticated, fast paced law firm environment

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with state and federal court e-filing
  • Ability to verify and apply local court rules accurately
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary range: $110,000–$120,000
