Position: Full-Time Legal Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage client information and deadlines

• Prepare documents and assist in client correspondence

• Support lawyers with detailed note-taking during meetings

• Research relevant legal articles and regulations

• Attend conferences and provide reports on service delivery

Requirements:

• Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant Certification

• Minimum 2 years in a related field

• Familiarity with First Nations and legal procedures

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Satisfactory Criminal Record and Child Abuse Checks
