Iconic Resourcing is proud to be partnering with Carpenters, a well regarded legal firm, as they expand their RTA Pursuer team in Glasgow.. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the legal or insurance sector, especially if you are organised, confident, and eager to learn.
You will join a supportive team where you will be trained to handle your own caseload of ULR and Recoveries claims. Think hands on experience, direct client contact, and the chance to grow into a Legal Advisor role.

What we are looking for:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence and resilience as you will be negotiating and liaising with third parties
A genuine interest in law or insurance – previous experience is a bonus, but not essential
Strong technical skills as you will be working with legal systems and tools
