We are looking for a self-motivated Legal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the office and effective management of legal administrative tasks. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of a Legal Manager.

Assist in drafting and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
Maintain and organize corporate legal files, both electronic and hard copies.
Conduct research on laws, regulations, and legal articles.
Summarize research findings and legal documents and assist in preparing legal briefs and memos.
Assist in conducting due diligence and gathering required documentation for KYC checks on suppliers, and partners.
Maintain KYC records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Perform various administrative tasks, including research, budget requests, processing of invoices, activity reports and other administrative duties.
Handle legal-related tasks for the company, including company formation, legal attestation, and trade license renewal.
Prepare NOC and letters to be addressed to governmental and non-governmental entities
Coordinate with Public relations officer
Assist with trademark registration.
