Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant at Selvidge Injury Law, PC. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to attorneys, completing intakes for potential new clients, performing the initial file opening tasks, communicating with clients and other parties involved in the cases, helping keep up with client’s medical treatment and overall case management, and assisting with general law office tasks.
Qualifications
Knowledge of law and legal procedures
Experience in legal document preparation
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to provide administrative assistance to attorneys
Proficiency in organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience as a Legal Assistant is a plus
Legal Assistant certification or degree in legal studies is a plus
Must be neat and tidy and keep work space clean

Salary is commensurate with experience.
