Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Law Clerk to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparation of immigration applications including Green Cards, PERM, H-1B, L-1, O-1 applications including responding to RFEs, NOIDs and other requests from USCIS.
This role is perfect for individuals interested in a legal career in the immigration field.
Duties
Prepare petitions for immigrant and non immigrant visas including USCIS forms and supporting documents
Communicate closely with clients to gather documents and information as required
Collaborate with Managing Attorney to prepare for client calls and immigration interviews
Conduct research on immigration topics
Maintain organized files and records of all legal documents and correspondence
Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Proficient in Research and Writing.
