What You’ll Do:
- Request and follow up on medical records and bills from providers
- Maintain accurate tracking systems to ensure timely receipt of records
- Communicate with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams
- Organize, review, and upload records into the firm’s case management system
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with case preparation needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a medical records, legal assistant, or administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
