Job Description
James IP Lawyers is a commercial law firm situated in Melbourne CBD, we practice corporate law, commercial litigations and property conveyancing .
We look for a Law student who would desire to have a PLT placement or work experience in a law practice. Mandarin language skills will be an advantage but not essential.
We will provide full training and you will involve in most of the legal work of the firm.
We are seeking integral, organised and reliable candidates with self-motivated and self-disciplied working altitude. Other required characteristics include attention to details, hardworking, excellent communications skills; easy to be working with as well as excellent computer skills.
Daily Tasks You Will Have Will Include
Legal research and general searches,
Drafting and editing documents
Communicating with courts, barristers.
We will create a relaxed working environment and to ensure your comfort to work and full development opportunity.
The successful applicant will work remotely.
