Generous Salary Based on Experience
From $130K – $180K

The Work…
Our Attorneys are tasked to independently manage a caseload, but also be able to report on the progress and status periodically.
Qualifications:
· Admission to MA Bar required, or NH
· Medical Malpractice experience required. Personal injury experience helpful.
· Experience representing clients in civil actions, conducting and defending depositions, drafting, responding and managing discovery, drafting pleadings, motion practice, trial preparation and reviewing and analyzing medical records.
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to manage priorities & deadlines
Proficiency with Case Management Software, Microsoft Office, E-filing and navigating court websites
Commitment to integrity, excellence, and the highest standards of ethics
