Position Overview: As a Legal Assistant, you will support our attorneys in managing Workers’ Compensation defense files. This role requires energy, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. We provide training for individuals with office or administrative experience who are looking to grow their careers in the legal field. Key Responsibilities: Prepare correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision Maintain trial and discovery calendars and coordinate key events Assist attorneys with litigation tasks, including dictation, scheduling, electronic filing, and case file management Perform additional administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Prior legal experience is a plus, but we are open to training individuals with administrative or office experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Experience in Aderant Sierra software a plus High School Diploma required Job Details: Job Type: Full-time Salary: Based on experience Benefits: 401(k) matching Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid time off & floating holidays Gym Membership Reimbursement Wellness programs Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Join our team and build a rewarding career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment
