Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Employment Law Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Los Angeles. The role will primarily focus on Wage & Hour cases and support attorneys in managing employment litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and trial support for Wage & Hour matters
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses
Conduct legal research and case law review
Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and deposition summaries
Coordinate with clients, courts, and third-party vendors
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in Employment Law, especially Wage & Hour cases
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and litigation process
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
