Pre-Litigation Assistant to Legal Case Manager
Job Description
Do you like a challenge? Curtis Legal Group is a fast-paced personal injury law firm which represents people who have been injured through no fault of their own. We have an opening for an Assistant to Legal Case Manager. Duties include:
Notifying insurance companies and lienholders of representation
Requesting copies of traffic collision reports and other investigative documents
Interacting with medical providers, insurance companies, clients, and lienholders to get required information to move cases to resolution
Records Management
Assisting the case manager and attorney, as needed.
We are looking for applicants with:
A desire to learn and master new skills
A drive to help those in need
A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office, preferably in a personal injury law firm, but we will consider any office experience
Excellent organizational skills
Experience working in MS Outlook and Word
Qualities we are looking for in the perfect candidate include self-motivation, enthusiasm, persistence, initiative, high energy, excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and good people skills.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, normally 8:00am -5:00pm. Compensation is based on experience.
