About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal Assistant (Entertainment) to support our international live events and touring activities across Europe. This role is ideal for someone with a solid legal background who understands the realities of the entertainment industry and can work confidently with venues, partners, media and collecting societies. You will help keep our legal operations organized, protect our business reputation, and ensure smooth communication with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Venue & partner legal support

Support the team with pre-litigation correspondence, debt follow-ups, and settlement documentation

• Assist in handling complaints and incident reports; ensure consistent internal records

• Collecting societies / small rights

• Coordinate communication with European collecting societies and licensing organizations

• Support data preparation for reporting and follow up on invoice clarifications

• Help resolve disputes and questions regarding rights classification and licensing scope

• Reputation & misinformation management

• Support takedown requests and escalation processes where appropriate

• Maintain evidence packs (screenshots, links, timestamps) and track actions/outcomes

• General legal operations

• research on country-specific requirements and local legal partners

• Prepare summaries and briefings for internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Legal education or equivalent experience

• 2+ years experience in a legal support / paralegal / legal operations role (Entertainment / Events / Media is a strong plus)

• Familiarity with live events workflows and stakeholder management (venues, promoters, ticketing, suppliers)

• Strong written communication skills and ability to draft clear, professional emails and formal letters

Professional English

• Confident working with documents: contracts, annexes, invoice disputes, evidence files

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently

• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information

Nice to have

• Experience with collecting societies and licensing (small rights / performance rights)

• Understanding of IP basics (copyright, trademarks, neighbouring rights)
