We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our EcoFinance team within Dyninno Group's fintech division.

You would work with EcoFinance, a fast-growing fintech company delivering accessible B2C financial services worldwide. Through brands like CreditPrime and Honey Loan, we offer short-term loans, instalment loans, and lines of credit via our online platform. With over 5 million clients across Romania, Moldova, and the Philippines, EcoFinance ranks among the top ten microfinance providers by loan volume. In this role, you will also support legal matters across other fintech business divisions, including payments institution and investment platform.

As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the legal and corporate operations of the company, ensuring efficient document management, corporate governance support, and smooth coordination of legal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage document execution processes, including electronic signature workflows
  • Draft and prepare documents based on internal templates and instructions
  • Ensure accurate filing, classification, and archiving of legal and corporate documentation
  • Monitor document versions, signatures, and execution status to ensure proper record-keeping
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate documentation, including resolutions, forms, and standard agreements
  • Prepare meeting materials and provide support for corporate governance processes
  • Attend board, committee, and other internal meetings to take accurate minutes and prepare formal meeting records
  • Track and follow up on action points arising from meetings to ensure timely completion
  • Support the collection, organization, and distribution of documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain structured and up-to-date document management systems and repositories
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for legal and compliance-related matters
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong attention to detail with highly developed organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional meeting minutes in English
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong administrative and document management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a structured manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools

What will be considered as a plus:

  • Previous experience in legal support, administration, compliance, corporate services, or document management
  • Background in law or related legal studies

The salary for this position starts from 18.000 MDL per month (regular LLC employment), depending on the candidate’s professional experience in the relevant field.
