Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for documentation, compliance, and cross-border coordination? At Finlex Global, we’re looking for a proactive and reliable Legal Assistant to join our growing legal operations team in Dubai.
This is a key support role for candidates with a solid legal background, strong bilingual communication skills (English and Arabic), and the ability to manage documentation and research with accuracy and efficiency.
 Your Role
Draft, edit, and format a wide range of legal documents, including service agreements, compliance checklists, and corporate resolutions
Translate contracts, letters, and internal communications between Arabic and English, maintaining legal accuracy and tone
Coordinate internal document flow and support legal recordkeeping in line with UAE regulations
Conduct legal and regulatory research to support client matters and advisory work
Assist with onboarding documentation, regulatory filings, and procedural updates
Support the legal team in liaising with government entities, external counsel, and internal departments
 You Bring
Degree in Law or a closely related discipline (LLB strongly preferred)
2–3 years of experience in a similar legal support role, ideally within a consultancy, law firm, or in-house legal department
Excellent command of both Arabic and English, especially in legal terminology
Strong attention to detail, time management, and document control
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
Professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility in handling sensitive matters
