Seeking a Divorce and family law Paralegal with at least two full years of experience in a New Jersey Family Law Practice that knows the law and takes pride in providing clients with the highest level of care and service.
You’ll be given the opportunity to demonstrate your legal knowledge and infuse your expertise as it relates to divorce and family law.

Do you enjoy assisting attorneys in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and adoption, by preparing documents, conducting research, communicating with clients, and managing case files, while ensuring all legal deadlines are met?

Document Preparation
Drafting and preparing various legal documents, including petitions, agreements, motions, and court orders.
Ensuring documents are accurate, compliant with legal requirements, and filed timely with the court.
Case Management
Organizing and maintaining case files, including financial documents, correspondence, and other relevant materials.
Managing calendars and ensuring that all deadlines, court appearances, and other important events are noted and followed.
Client Communication
Serving as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on case progress, and answering questions.
Conducting client interviews to gather information and understand their needs.
Legal Research
Conducting legal research to support case preparation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Trial Preparation
Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, including gathering evidence, preparing exhibits, and coordinating with witnesses.
Other Duties:
Preparing discovery packages, including interrogatories and requests for production.
Scheduling appointments, court appearances, and mediation/deposition hearings.
