What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who can seamlessly handle both legal support and office organization, ensuring that attorneys can focus on their cases while everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. The right candidate will:

Be Proactive & Self-Motivated – You take initiative, accept responsibility, and keep tasks moving forward without waiting for direction.

Prior experience in a law firm preferred but not required—a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and willingness to learn are equally valuable.

Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer:

Participation in firm-sponsored retirement plan (after 1 year employment).

A collaborative, supportive work environment where your initiative and problem-solving skills will make a real impact.

If you’re someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, loves to learn, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
