Objectives of this Role
Client Interaction: Learn how to engage with new clients, walk them through their personal injury case, and provide ongoing support.
Case Management: Gain hands-on experience using our legal software and case management systems to organize client files and track case progress.
Legal & Medical Knowledge: Develop an understanding of personal injury law and medical terminology to help build strong cases.
Firm Culture & Community Engagement: Be part of a team that values volunteerism, philanthropy, and team events that support our clients and community.
Career Growth: Take on additional responsibilities over time with the opportunity to grow.
Skills And Qualifications
Interest in personal injury law and a desire to learn the legal process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and legal professionals.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to learn quickly and work within legal software and case management systems.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Prior customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Bilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are a plus.
