Associate Attorney – Toxic Tort Litigation (Hybrid, Only Two Days in Office)
A highly respected national litigation firm is seeking a Toxic Tort Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle complex, high-stakes matters as part of a collaborative and experienced legal team.

Your Role:
Independently manage a caseload involving toxic tort and related litigation matters
Represent clients in all phases of litigation in California
Conduct and defend depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts
Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
Handle court filings, including e-filing
Participate in trial preparation and support
Track and manage billable time accurately
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in toxic torts, environmental law, product liability, or related fields
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in California
Skilled in depositions and motion practice
Ability to handle cases independently while working within a team
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
