An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant with transactional experience to support a market leading partner and team of lawyers.

We are looking for a Legal Assistant who can deliver exceptional service within a high performing team. You are someone who is proactive and works collaboratively in a team environment with strong initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with clients and stakeholders

Understanding of matter management and importance of maintaining confidentiality

Provide support to partner on Board/Executive related matters

Diary management

Strong understanding of billing processes and ability to handle complex billing requirements

Arranging travel (including flights and accommodation)

Assisting with events and business development activities

Required Skills And Personal Attributes

Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Proactive and able to work with limited supervision

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)

Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related software

Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients
