Legal & Compliance Officer.
A fantastic full-time opportunity to join a multinational group to provide pragmatic in-house legal support as well as assistance with KYC tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate and advise on the preparation of all contracts.
Open and maintain accounts at financial institutions.
Advise on corporate and general law matters.
Maintain a contract library for all contracts.
Answers KYC and compliance requests from financial institutions.
Answer in legal terms to letters, regulatory requests, emails, complaints and communicate with counterparties.
Requirements:
Must have
:
Law Degree.
Working proficiency in English.
At least 2 years’ experience as a legal adviser in a private company, familiar with the Bulgarian legislation
Bulgarian or E.U. citizenship.
Nice to have
– advantageous, but please don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t meet these requirements:
Work experience in technology or gaming business.
Work experience in regulated businesses or financial institutions.
Work experience in a multi-jurisdiction environment.
While experience is welcome, training and guidance will be provided on the job.
