Position Overview

Our Legal & Compliance team ensures that business operations align with local laws, corporate governance, and risk management best practices. We are seeking detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about legal and compliance matters and can provide expert guidance to our growing organization.
We are hiring for the following roles:
Legal Assistant – Provide administrative and research support to the legal team
Compliance Coordinator – Ensure company policies and operations meet regulatory standards
Regulatory Affairs Officer – Oversee compliance with industry-specific regulations
Corporate Counsel – Advise on legal risks, contracts, and corporate governance matters
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
Experience in corporate law, compliance, or regulatory affairs
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and corporate governance best practices
Strong research, documentation, and contract review skills
Ability to interpret laws and provide legal guidance to business teams
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
Familiarity with local legal frameworks in Indonesia is a plus
Certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance Officer, Bar Membership, etc.) are an advantage
