The role involves working closely with the Head of Legal and Compliance and the Finance Director to provide legal and administrative support. The role requires a proactive, highly organised individual who can provide efficient and comprehensive support and administrative services on legal and compliance matters.
Requirements
·      Support the Finance Director and the Head of Legal and Compliance.
·      Support the Company Secretary on corporate governance matters, including maintaining accurate corporate records and making company filings.
·      Coordinate corporate governance and employment law compliance with in-country teams across Europe, including developing compliance programmes.
·      Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
·      Provide a full range of administrative duties including management of all incoming correspondence.
·      Document management and organisation of corporate legal documents, records, and reports.
·      Ensure the company meets its compliance obligations for anti-money laundering, including maintaining accurate records and responding to AML requests.
·      Conduct research on legal and compliance issues across European jurisdictions.
·      Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
·      Develop and implement internal systems such as trackers to improve team processes.
·      Efficient handling of confidential and sensitive information.
·      Complete any reasonable task as requested by management such as providing administrative cover for other teams.
