We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Damage Specialist to join our personal injury law firm. In this role, you will manage all aspects of property damage claims related to our clients’ cases, including vehicle repairs, total loss valuations, rental car arrangements, and communication with insurance companies. Your work will be critical to ensuring clients receive timely assistance and support while their personal injury claims are being pursued.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all property damage claims from initiation to resolution
Communicate with insurance adjusters, body shops, and rental car companies
Assist clients in coordinating vehicle repairs or total loss evaluations
Gather and maintain accurate documentation related to property damage
Monitor claim timelines and ensure prompt resolution
Keep clients informed and updated throughout the process
Support attorneys and case managers by providing timely updates and documentation
Qualifications:
Prior experience in property damage claims, insurance, or a personal injury law firm is preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Bilingual(English, Spanish)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional and empathetic demeanor when dealing with clients
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
