Legal Analyst (1 year contract) – Leading Asset Management Firm
My client is a leading and growing Asset Management firm and we are recruiting for a Legal Analyst mandate to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the global business on all legal related matters in the region, and we are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry.
Responsibilities for this Legal Analyst (1 year contract) – Leading Asset Management Firm role
- Maintaining and updating internal legal databases and systems, compiling data, and reviewing agreements
- Supporting fund documentation and company secretarial matters
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
Requirements for this Legal Analyst (1 year contract) – Leading Asset Management Firm role –
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, minimum 3 years of legal experience, ideally in asset management.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective in cross-functional environments.
