We are seeking a Legal analyst to join a legal/compliance-focused team within a major Philadelphia‑based organization. This role is ideal for someone with a paralegal background, research experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills who wants to grow into a business analysis career.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze workflows, processes, and system gaps
- Assist with functional and technical specification documentation
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
- Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support QA/testing and system enhancements
- Develop training materials and user documentation
- Assist during implementation and post‑go‑live support
Requirements:
- Paralegal or legal research experience
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Detail‑oriented and able to work well in a collaborative environment
Schedule & Details:
- Hybrid: Tues–Thurs onsite in Center city Philadelphia
