Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Invoicing Analyst. Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for the prompt, accurate and efficient auditing of electronically submitted legal fee and expense invoices submitted by law firms and vendors of our clients.
Responsible for making adjustments to invoice line item entries, where those line item entries violate provisions of the relevant billing guidelines and documenting the justification for such adjustments.
Minimum: 1+ years of experience in a legal services or legal auditing environment.
Paralegal Certification or bachelor’s degree in legal related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to work 8-5 CST time zone.
Pay: $25/hr.
