Associate Attorney – General Liability | Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, only 2 days in Office)
A leading national litigation firm is looking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to its General Liability Practice Group based in Los Angeles, California . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative legal team that handles high-profile, complex civil litigation across a range of industries.
Our firm is known for its deep expertise in toxic torts, product liability, transportation, premises liability, and commercial litigation . With a client-focused and team-based approach, we provide strategic legal counsel to local and national clients throughout California and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a litigation caseload independently from start to finish
Represent clients in both local and national matters across California
Conduct and defend depositions, including those of expert witnesses
Prepare discovery responses, motions, pleadings, and court filings
Collaborate on trial strategy and provide trial support
Maintain organized and accurate billing records
What We’re Looking For:
At least 6 years of experience in product liability, transportation, aviation, or premises liability
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the California Bar
Strong experience in depositions and motion practice
Proven ability to work independently and manage complex matters
Excellent research, writing, and multitasking skills
