Seeking to hire a NEGOTIATIONS ANALYST for a 100% REMOTE position at an established and GROWING Law Firm that specializes in debt restructuring. Peregrine has already placed 8 ppl with this firm and the feedback has been fantastic. Everyone is pleased and doing well!!!
About the Role
· Assist in maintaining GLS report (updating new and leaving attorneys and paralegals)
· Assist in LOR report
· Assist the payment team with CTC request, attorney only PIF letters and current balances.
· Assist in reviewing and maintaining the 15 day – disposition report.
· Assist in reviewing and maintaining the High priority hearing, in a pending SIF status report
· Assist with offer letters for court and when attorneys and paralegals need an offer letter drafted.
· Assist in escalations and managing a calendar of follow ups on escalated clients.
· Work with Attorneys, paralegals on resolutions.
· Assist in reviewing and maintaining “Unsettled Repping Outside Program” report.
· Assist with request from attorneys for statues of accounts, available funds, offers, and counter offers (when ready)
· Assist NDR negotiators with offers, stip request, and escalations
· Attend meetings with attorneys to review accounts and discuss upcoming hearings, escalations or trends within the state.
Qualifications
Prefer degreed candidates with some (approx. 1-2 yrs) legal assistant or paralegal experience!!!
Required Skills
Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Salesforce experience a plus but not required
High attention to detail with Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within different teams
