AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK
Lexus of Nashville has a great opportunity for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team and to support our dealership staff and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process registrations for all new and used vehicles in the state in which they will be titled
Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality
Precisely analyze vehicle title and/or ownership documents
Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
Process paperwork on a timely basis
Prepare wholesale title work and dealer trades
Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years’ experience preferred
Team player
Proficiency computer skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and work ethic
Valid driver’s license
Background check, clean driving record, and pre-employment drug screen required.
