Lawtrades is recruiting experienced legal professionals for a fully remote legal AI training project with a leading AI company.
In this role, you will apply your legal knowledge and practical experience to help improve how advanced AI systems understand, analyze and respond to complex legal tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Create complex legal prompts designed to advance performance of frontier LLM’s
- Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and model answers
- Review and evaluate AI-generated legal responses
- Identify legal, analytical and reasoning errors in AI outputs
- Provide clear written feedback explaining how responses can be improved
- Help train AI systems to produce more accurate, useful and professionally appropriate legal work
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of professional legal experience
- Regular use of AI tools in the practice of law
- Strong legal research, analysis and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and precisely
- Excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Ability to commit approximately 30 hours per week for the full 12-week project

- Compensation: Starting $75 per hour
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Expected commitment: 30 hours per week

Selection Process
Selection for the project requires completion of a skills assessment covering legal concepts, written reasoning and legal prompt creation. Candidates who are invited to complete the assessment will receive additional instructions regarding the assessment process and compensation.
Pay: From $75.00 per hour
