At HEINEKEN, we are looking for a Legal Affairs Advisor to join our team and provide strategic legal support across the business. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, with exposure to diverse legal topics and cross-functional projects, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What you’ll do:
- Provide end-to-end legal support across commercial activities (sales, procurement, contracting, competition law, IP, data protection, sponsorships)
- Ensure compliance of commercial initiatives and brand communication (labels, promotions, digital campaigns)
- Own and drive the Corporate Compliance Program and continuous improvement of compliance processes
- Act as Data Protection Officer and ensure GDPR compliance
- Support cybersecurity and NIS2-related topics (risk assessment, regulatory analysis, incident handling)
- Manage complex legal matters, including contract negotiations, disputes, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle and real estate legal matters
- Monitor legislative changes and translate them into business actions
- Support corporate governance processes (Board, shareholders, documentation)
- Coordinate litigation and external counsel
- Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements within Legal & Compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong legal background with experience in commercial/corporate law
- Legal experience is required (min 5 years)
- Proficient English language is a must
- Solid understanding of compliance, data protection (GDPR), and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple topics and work cross-functionally
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
