We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a vital role in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth office functioning. Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage emails
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys
Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation
Provide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (legal environment a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
